Allyson Rodgers, CTFA
Assistant Vice President and Trust Administrator
Working with clients to ensure their financial legacy endures for generations to come is my passion. Building personal relationships and trust with clients allows me to share my knowledge and educate them on how to pass wealth to the next generation. I love getting to know people's stories, understanding how they got to where they are today, and where they would like to be in 5, 10, or 15 years.
My journey in the financial industry began right out of high school when I started as a teller. It was then that I realized the vast opportunities available in this field. This realization led me to study at the University of South Dakota, further solidifying my career path.
Family is a significant part of my life. My husband, Matt, is incredibly supportive of my career and encourages me to grow in my role as a Trust Administrator. We have two wonderful children, Evan and Avery. In my free time, I enjoy reading and spending time with my family and our dog.
Giving back to the community is important to me. As a mentor through Lutheran Social Services, I spend time with a 4th-grade student at a local elementary school, eating lunch and playing games. This mentoring program provides children with additional guidance from other adults, and it’s rewarding to see the positive impact it has, including increased school attendance on days they meet with their mentors.
