As the company grows or changes the retirement plan must change to accommodate the company and the plan participants.
We feel it is necessary for the plan to have the following features:
Annual Plan sponsor review, where the plan features, plan cost and investment options are reviewed.
Development of an Investment Policy statement, which is reviewed annually in the plan sponsor review.
Provide ongoing monitoring of plan investments.
Annual Meeting with plan participants to provide an update on the plan, investment options and performance, and provide investment and retirement planning education.
- Willingness to serve as a directed trustee on the plan.

IRA and Investment Management
If you have an IRA or 401(k) plan with a company you no longer work for and want help managing these funds, we can help. We work with you to review your retirement needs, goals and objectives and create an investment strategy and funding strategy to meet your long-term retirement goals.
Self-Directed IRA Accounts
In these accounts you may invest in non-traditional/ non-publicly traded assets, such as real estate, private stock, or private placement investment.
Retirement Services for Companies
401(k) plans
401(k) plans are the standard for most companies these days allowing the participants and the employer the opportunity to make contributions into the plan and making saving for retirement more automatic for the employees.
Individual/Solo (k) plans
An attractive plan for an owner only business, which includes sole proprietorship, partnership S corporations and C corporations. This type of plan can allow for high funding limits and low administrative costs.

Plan compliance
We feel as a fiduciary of the plan that the compliance requirements of each individual plan must not only be met but also reviewed with the plan sponsor. Because we take a hands-on approach to this process we feel comfortable serving as a directed trustee along with the plan sponsor in 401(k) plans.
Service to plan sponsor
We feel that service is critical to the plan sponsor. Many of our clients do not want to be experts in the retirement planning area so they choose to partner with a team like ours to keep them informed and up to date on the status of the plan as well and the fiduciary responsibilities as the plan sponsor.
Service to plan participants
We feel that service is critical to the plan participants. In order for plan participants to be able to achieve the desired outcome from their retirement plan, they must have knowledge of the plan and its offerings. We meet with the employees at least annually to provide an update on the plan, the investments and to provide some financial, retirement, and investment training so they are informed and able to make good decisions to ensure they meet their personal retirement goals.
